Positive Support Lumbo-Sacral Orthosis

Provides lower back support to help reduce or avoid pain. Includes a
padded Polyform thermoplastic insert and elastic binder with insert pocket
and hook-and-loop closure. For molding, insert can be heated in a
Hydrocollator unit or heat pan or in a hot-air oven. For size,
measure waist circumference.
