Lumbosacral Air Belt®. This popular pneumatic
belt uses inflatable air
chambers to provide cushioned support to a wide area of the lower back.
When air is pumped into the belt, a network of inflatable chambers
exerts
pressure on the paraspinal muscles of the lower back. The constant
pressure of these air chambers stretches and relaxes back muscles to
reduce spasms so muscles can assume their natural resting length and be
less prone to injury. Air pressure is adjustable by means of a
self-contained
aspirator. The horizontal and vertical configuration of the inflatable
air
chambers is anatomically designed to provide maximum contact with the
muscles of both the lumbar and sacral spine. Front hook 'n pile closure
has additional set of control straps for added compressive support. Can
be worn inside or outside of clothing. Sized according to hip
measurement
